Just wanted to say using Xena platform had been great, the content is exactly what women need during and after pregnancy which is just not available enough. 
The info in the media definitely gave me the confidence in my choice of a home birth, honestly felt so empowered using the hypnobirthing mindset and I loved listening to someone else's positive experience of a homebirth. 

The exercise routines are great, lots of variety and makes you realise there is so much more you can do exercise-wise at each stage. You are so naturally encouraging its lovely.  I feel my recovery this time around has been a much more positive experience and even though I'm a physio it's nice to be told what exercises to do and to be the patient for a change. I have recommended your platform to loads of women already.

Octavia was recommended to me when I was looking for some advice on exercising during pregnancy. From the outset, I know that I had stumbled across a true gem. Octavia supported me in such a nurturing way throughout my first pregnancy. She taught me how to move in a way that protected my changing body and encouraged and challenged me in a way I never knew was possible. I am certain that if I didn't have Octavia's support my pregnancy, and therefore, my labour would have been very different. 

As a result of her attentiveness, I had a really positive experience throughout pregnancy and when giving birth. Octavia's sessions were always fun, relaxed, and unique to my needs. She gave me so many useful recommendations during my pregnancy and kept it light with her beautiful energy, especially on those tricky days! She even tied my shoelaces for me before a session when my feet swelled! You need this woman in your life :)

Having known Octavia for a very long time and working with her both pre and postnatally I was thrilled to hear about the birth of Xena. 

How brilliant as a new mum to be able to find expert care and advice all under one platform and so easily accessible. My name is Emily and I am an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist working in Andover, Hampshire. I created 'Emily the Physio' to provide high quality, evidence-based treatments to the people of Andover. I believe everyone deserves top quality care, to feel their problem has been listened to and be provided with a well round treatment plan to include manual therapy, exercise and advice. 'Emily the Physio' also differs from other clinics as I also work within the NHS, so I am able to give more specific advice/guidance about accessing scans, consultant referrals and post surgery treatment. My career started within the NHS and sport, progressing to work with national and international level athletes (including within the army) within football, boxing, rugby league and shooting. This role came with amazing opportunities to tour around Europe with athletes, work with some fantastic coaching/clinical staff and gain experience with GB medical teams. Throughout my career, creating high quality rehabilitation programmes along with effective manual therapy has always been a true passion of mine. I have a Masters degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise and health as well as extra qualifications in chronic pain, Pilates, acupuncture, cupping therapy, taping and advanced manual therapy techniques. This means I can provide a variety of high quality treatments to all clients for a variety of conditions. Pregnancy/ Post natal care This area of interest grew over the years and I became passionate about empowering women to be prepared and enjoy their amazing journey through pregnancy to motherhood and beyond. With extra training, qualifications (including breast health treatment & hypnobirthing) and membership to the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP), I am able to offer high quality, evidence-based care for both the Mind and Body to women across Hampshire.
