About this course

Welcome to the rollercoaster ride that is new motherhood, with its highs, lows and so many changes. It’s totally normal if some days feel really hard - there’s a huge amount going on!

Remember you have needs too, and looking after yourself is part of looking after your baby. You are doing an amazing job and your baby is so lucky to have you as their mum! We’ve recorded a lovely audio for you here. You can listen to it anytime you get a few minutes to sit or lie down. If that’s an option for you, listen to this relaxation just before you go to bed, after the evening feed perhaps whilst your partner is settling or burping your baby.
