Working on a swiss ball with ball and band, we activate the core in a gentle yet targeted way to help with pelvic girdle pain (PGP).

Then we move into high kneeling and four-point kneeling. Remember, don't work through the pain, and if you have PGP, we advise you to seek specialist advice to support you.
